My background spans software and electrical engineering, graduate study in both business administration, finance, and Real Estate at UT Dallas, and hands-on experience building investment portfolios, evaluating rental markets, and managing properties from the ground up.

Advisory sessions are $50 for 30 minutes, bookable directly through Calendly. Sessions cover any topic within our advisory scope: personal finance, real estate, business strategy, or career coaching.
Do you offer ongoing advisory relationships? +
Yes. Many clients start with a single session and return on a recurring basis as their financial situation evolves. Reach out after your first session to discuss an ongoing arrangement.
Can you help me evaluate a specific property or deal? +
